It’s Tax Time! Let us prepare your 2011 income taxes!

Thank you for considering Gabrielle M. Luoma CPA, PLLC for your income tax preparation for the 2011 year.
Below you will find links for all the necessary documentation we need to complete your taxes. Due to the fact that everybody’s tax situation is different, tax preparation prices vary from client to client. However, we guarantee the highest quality service and a year round consultant to assist you with tax needs or concerns as they arise. Once you have decided that our firm is the best possible choice for tax preparation you can bring your filled out Income Tax Organizer when you come in, along with:
- the original copies of W2s, 1099s, 1098s, charitable donation receipts, etc.,
- copy of your tax returns for the past two years
- Annual Brokerage or Financial Service Statement (Edward Jones, Charles Schwab, Merrill Lynch)
- small businesses/rental property bookkeeping (QuickBooks Backup File with Passwords if available)
Once you confirm that we will be completing your taxes, we will email you a tax engagement letter for the 2011 year. Please print this letter and sign at the bottom and return to us along with your tax information. We must have a signed copy of this letter before we prepare your tax return per the Circular 230 requirements set out by the Internal Revenue Service.
There have been big changes in the reporting requirements for Earned Income Credit and Foreign Accounts and/or Assets. We have included links below to additional checklists with the Income Tax Organizer and may have additional questions when you bring in your tax information.
In order to provide you the best service and the attention that you deserve, call for an appointment if needed or provide your tax information as soon as possible. Our office hours of 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday are beginning in January and Saturdays 9am to 1pm beginning in February.
