Gabrielle Luoma: Certified by the State Board of Accountancy, Gabrielle Luoma has been providing tax and accounting services in Arizona for seven years. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from New Mexico State University and specializes in small business and individual taxation. Gabrielle offers a broad range of experience that includes working with home-based businesses and small corporations. She focuses on assisting businesses in the retail and construction industries. She serves as the firm’s tax professional, providing services for individuals and small businesses in retail, construction and other industries. Gabrielle is a trusted independent advisor who partners with businesses to provide financial information to enhance their decision-making efforts. In her activities outside the firm, she served as the Secretary/Treasurer for BNI Arizona for the 2006/2007 term and currently holds the President position for 2007/2008 term. BNI is the world's largest business referral organization. It has more than 100,000 members in 37 countries, nearly 2,000 of whom are in BNI chapters in Arizona.
Michelle Ballard: Michelle Ballard has provided professional bookkeeping services for more than 20 years. She services as the full-time bookkeeper at Gabrielle M. Luoma, CPA PLLC, providing a variety of services. An accomplished bookkeeper, Michelle has been working with QuickBooks since 1998. She recently became certified in QuickBooks; she is the firm’s Certified QuickBooks Advisor.. Michelle provides hands-on training to help businesses take advantage of this award-winning accounting software. She covers all aspects of using QuickBooks, including payroll, bank and credit card transactions, tracking inventory, and printing checks, forms and estimates. Michelle has completed coursework at Pima Community College in Tucson.
Jodi Krause: Jodi Krause has been a part of our firm since 2007. She services as the full time office manager who also assists clients in bookkeeping and tax preparation at our office location. Jodi provides help to visiting clients with business regarding payroll as well as bank and credit card transactions. WIth a strong background in insurance and customer service, she has been working with QuickBooks since 2007 but focuses mainly on tax preparations. Jodi obtained a psychology degree in 1989 from the Arizona State University and is currently participating in classes specializing in tax return processing.
